Ernst Haas, New York Taxi. The light and shade creating geometric patterns on the already interesting scene make this photograph fascinating.

Ernst Haas, The Cross NY 1966. I am not sure if this is a true mist or superimposed effect nevertheless I like the dramatic effect.

Ernst Haas, Times Square, NY 1962. The wet pavement superimposed on top of the street scene turns this photograph into a work of art. The viewer almost feels part of the scene there you are walking along exited about your night out at the theatre. The neon lights are alluring doubly so as they are duplicated on the wet pavement.
